Speak & Spell
- Speak and Spell es un jugete electrónico didactico que contenia juegos de deletrear. Una voz mecanizada se activaba cuando el niño comenzaba a deletrear una palabra y el aparato respondía si era correcto o no.
New Life
- En la portada europea del single "New Life" aparece un huevo del cual sale un hombre (en la re-edición americana, la imagen está colocada en la parte trasera del CD). La idea de este diseño proviene de un cuadro del pintor Salvador Dalí, llamado: "Niño Geopolítico Observando El Nacimiento del Hombre Nuevo".
Tora! Tora! Tora!
- El nombre de la canción "Tora! Tora! Tora!" fue la contraseña usada por la tropas japonesas para iniciar el ataque contra la base Norteamericana de Pearl Harbor en la Segunda Guerra Mundial. "Tora" es una palabra japonesa que significa "Tigre", es decir, el nombre de la canción al español es “Tigre! Tigre! Tigre!”.

- Big Muff es un pedal de distorción Electro Harmonix

- El B-Side del sencillo "The Meaning Of Love", "Oberkorn", es un pueblo de Luxemburgo en Europa.
Christmas Island
- Christmas Island es una de las islas de la República de Kiribati, situada en medio del Océano Pacífico. Esta isla fue base aérea de los USA durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, después se convirtió en una base británica de pruebas nucleares entre 1957-1958 y posteriormente norteamericana en 1962.
Pimpf
- Pimpf fue una de las organizaciones creadas por los nazis en Alemania y era una especie de academia para niños entre 6 y 10 años de edad; cuando cumplían los 10, los jovenes eran sometidos a un examen llamado "Pimfprove" que ponía a prueba sus habilidades físicas e ideológicas. Esto con el fin de crear "clones" de Adolf Hitler. Por otro lado, lo que se canta en la canción es un estribillo que sólo dice "Ohh's Hee's".
Agent Orange
- Agent Orange es un arma química en estado gaseoso, empleada en Vietnam entre 1962 y 1971 por las fuerzas militares de USA. Al final de la canción se puede escuchar un mensaje en clave morse que dice lo siguiente: "If anybody can hear this, please help me", que en español significa "si alguien puede escuchar esto, por favor ayúdeme".
St. Jarna
- El nombre de este B-side, perteneciente al single "Little 15", está mal escrito debido a un error de impresión. El track debió llamarse "Stjarna", que es una palabra sueca que significa "estrella".
Kaleid
- El nombre del track "Kaleid", B-sode del single "Policy Of Truth", es una palabra que viene del griego “Kalos” (belleza) y “Eidos” (forma), que en suma nos daría como significado "forma bella".
- Memphisto · "Memphisto", B-Side del Single "Enjoy the Silence", es un pequeño homenaje al pueblo de Memphis, USA, lugar donde Elvis Presley desarrolló sus habilidades musicales que tiempo después lo llevarían a la cúspide de la fama. También es una palabra corta que hace referencia al nombre de un demonio llamado "Mephistófeles". Martin explicó: "Memphisto es el nombre de una película imaginaría de Elvis como el diablo, que yo invente en mi cabeza". - Sibeling · "Sibeling", segundo B-Side de "Enjoy The Silence", es una palabra que, según rumores, quiere decir "Familia". Lo que sí se puede afirmar es que esta canción es un homenaje al músico finlandés John Sibelius, quien es uno de los favoritos de Martin Gore. Interludios. En la discografía de Depeche Mode, existen 4 temas 'Interludios', que aparecen entre dos pistas. 1.- Interlude #1: Mission Imposible. Al terminar Pimpf, y antes de que suene la auténtica Agent Orange, se puede apreciar este interludio. Incluido en el CD Music For The Masses (URL) 2.- Interlude #2: Crucified. quiero agregar que tambien Precious aparecio en un capítulo de CSI Miami y quisiera saber alguna opinion sobre el DVD pirata del touring the angel en el concierto de “King Rock” de MTV Budapest que se anda vendiendo aqui en México, se ve horrible pero está maravilloso, en el se puede apreciar al último el track “photografic” interpretado como nunca.. no se si alguien ya lo vió.. saludos y felicitaciones por esta gran pero gran página.

Llegué a leer en una página como noticia que se planteaba que el concierto de Torrevieja, al ser mejor de lo esperado, podría salir en DVD, pero sólo se habla del de Milan, alguien sabe algo? Hace casi un año que me he separado y desde entonces estoy volviendo a recuperar mi vida. En ella no podía faltar la música y sobre todo Depeche Mode. Los descubrí a los 15 años escuchando “People are People” y cuando ví el video me enamoré de ellos. El primer vinilo que he comprado en mi vida fué “Music for the Masses”. Después conocí a mi ex y ,sin darme cuenta, empecé a vivir su vida y dejar de lado la mía. De esto hace 15 años, pero ahora vuelvo a ser yo. Hace poco que dispongo de internet y no paro de buscar información sobre los DM. Esta página me parece genial, he descubierto muchísimas cosas acerca de ellos.
Estuve en su concierto de Torrevieja, fué increible, todavía no me lo creo. Ha sido cumplir un sueño de hace 20 años (desde que me compré y los vi en 101)Sigo fascinada por Dave.
Desde aquí quiero mandar un saludo a todos los fans, ya que, gracias a nosotros no desaparecen grupos tan únicos como Depeche Mode.
Y a ellos decirles que sigan manteniéndose en su linea y que al volver a escuchar sus canciones me siento viva de nuevo.

esta chidisimo los que son fans de depeche mode se los recomiendo es como una parte fuera de depeche mode.
la nueva ROLA martyr esta muy padre tiene un ritmo mas reciente y nuevo escuchenla esta muy buena no me lo puedo creer que depeche mode tocara unj poco mas alegre pero siempre con su toque DEPRESIVO.
discaso el de ULTRA con la cancion de USELESS lloro cada vez que la escucho el video esta chidisimo como que estaria bueno dedicarsela a una vieja que te dejo pues habla del desamor.
bueno para que decir mas de DEPECHE MODE nunca acabaria mi conclusion es que son chidisimos espero que continuen con sus discos y los esperamos con su nuevo material en el 2010 pues sacanun disco aproximadamente 4 años.
